Welcome to the JV Partner Platform! This guide will help you get started as a partner and show you how to maximize your earnings through our partnership program.

What You Can Do

Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit the registration page
  2. Enter your full name and email address
  3. Select your entity type (Individual or Company)
  4. If registering as a company, enter your company name
  5. Select your country
  6. Optionally add your website URL
  7. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
  8. Click "Create account"

Account Approval

After registration, your account will be reviewed. Once approved, you'll receive access to your partner dashboard where you can start creating tracking links and earning commissions.

Tip: Complete Your Profile

Make sure to add your website and complete your profile information. This helps speed up the approval process.

Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your central hub for managing your partnership. Here's what you'll find:

  • Earnings: Transaction history and commission details
  • Payouts: Request payouts and manage payment methods
  • Assets: Download marketing materials

Promo Codes

Promo codes are discount codes that customers can use at checkout. When they use your code, the sale is attributed to you - even if they never clicked a tracking link.

How Promo Codes Work

  • You're assigned unique promo codes by the program
  • Customers enter the code at checkout to get a discount
  • The sale is automatically credited to your account
  • Perfect for podcasts, videos, and verbal promotions

Viewing Your Codes

Go to Promo Codes in your dashboard to see all codes assigned to you, along with their discount amounts and usage statistics.

Tip: Combine Links + Codes

Use tracking links in written content (blogs, emails) and promo codes in audio/video content (podcasts, YouTube) for maximum coverage.

Earnings & Commissions

How You Earn

You earn commissions when customers you refer make purchases. There are two main commission types:

Revenue Share

Earn a percentage of each sale. For example, if you have a 30% revenue share and refer a $100 sale, you earn $30.

CPA (Cost Per Action)

Earn a fixed amount per conversion. For example, $50 for each sale you refer, regardless of the sale amount.

Commission Status

Status What It Means
PendingIn hold period - not yet available for payout
ApprovedHold period complete - available for payout
PaidIncluded in a completed payout
ReversedCancelled due to refund or chargeback

Hold Period

Commissions have a hold period (typically 30 days) before they become available. This protects against refunds - if a customer refunds their purchase, the commission is reversed. Once the hold period passes, the commission moves to "Approved" status and can be paid out.

Payouts

Setting Up Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Payouts in your dashboard
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. Select your preferred payment type:
    • PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address
    • ACH: Enter your US bank account details
    • Wise: Enter your Wise email
    • Stripe Connect: Connect your Stripe account
  4. Save your payment method

When You Get Paid

Payouts are processed on a regular schedule (typically monthly). To receive a payout:

  • Your available balance must meet the minimum threshold
  • You must have a valid payment method set up
  • Your account must be in good standing

Payout Status

Status What It Means
PendingPayout is scheduled and awaiting processing
ProcessingPayment is being sent to you
CompletedPayment successfully delivered
FailedPayment failed - check your payment details

Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I can withdraw my earnings?

Commissions have a hold period (usually 30 days) before they're available for payout. This protects against refunds.

What happens if a customer gets a refund?

If a customer refunds their purchase, the associated commission is reversed. This is why we have hold periods.

Can I have multiple tracking links?

Yes! Create as many tracking links as you need. This helps you track which campaigns perform best.

How do I know if someone used my link?

Check your dashboard for click counts and conversions. Each sale shows the attribution source (link or promo code).

What's the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout threshold varies by program. Check your program details for specific requirements.

Can I promote on social media?

Yes! You can share your tracking links on social media, YouTube, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
